I might go catch up this week, probably not though. On Wednesday night I had a seizure so I missed Thursday of running. But this morning I ran 2 miles & felt pretty good. We'll see what I can do on the tempo this afternoon

PM- tempo at dirt mile. We did like 20 min warm then 5 striders then the 20(?) minute tempo. At one point I kinda felt like I was starting to black out so I stopped & sat on the ground, then I got back up cut across the field & finished it out. At the end I couldn't breathe & was shaking super bad but coach came over & calmed me down, I probably just freaked myself out. Today was most definitely not a bad workout.

MURRAY!!!! Wow what an awesome course/race. About an hour before the race me & Brianna were running around cheering & she frikkin sprained her ankle. So that made it so she couldn't race with me which was a huge bummer. There were 2 open races & I was in the second one so I warmed up alone (mostly looking for the varsity girls on their cool down, turns out they were receiving their 3RD PLACE AWARD) then I went and put on my spikes & went to the start. I got out really good & all on the top part of the course I just chilled behind like 3 girls. Then when we turned the corner to go down the big hill I surged ahead and took the lead. I didn't know where I was going so I got lost a couple times but found my way back. I felt really really strong all throughout the race, after going up then back down the huge hill I was so tired but I kept my steps short and quick then went up the super big ending hill and that one killed me too. But I kept it going & ended up 1st in my race (12th overall cuz Davis & AF). I was very pleased with my time because I thought I got 19:05 but the results had me at 19:00. I really wish I would've got under 19 but I'm super duper happy about this race & I know it's cause my training is finally paying off and I'm finally getting out of this plateau I've been in for what feels like forever. Wow I'm just so happy rn

AM- long run with hill workout. Strong from the whole team, yay for long runs. After the workout I always feel SOO strong which is soooo good

PM- 20 minutes. Yay for that, I felt good although the achillies is a bit buggy these days

AM- weights & run. lol when Brianna isn't there I don't have anyone to work with

PM- duel in the desert!!!! Warmed up a little, started the race. I got out good & threw in surges (which I never do !!!!!!!) & just felt strong & confident through the whole thing. Ended 6th on the team which is great, I'm so happy. My main focus is state right now, maybe that isn't the best but i just need to be a contributor in that. I don't think I've ever wanted anything more lol

AM- 80 minutes with 2x2 mile tempos. I felt excellent through the whole run. After the workout part of long runs I always feel my best. It's convient.

PM- like 20 laps around the baseball field. Don't ask me why we decided to run in small circles for 20 minutes but I didn't die. After a truly crappy day this wasn't a good ending but hey like I said I survived so small victories, people

AM- promise myself I'd blog everyday this week so here's I am(: weights + 15. Brianna was there so I didn't have to lift alone!!!!!! & I'm now squatting 45 pounds on each side so feel free to love me

PM- 55 minutes into Washington & it felt actually super super good! My legs were just ready to run today!! We ran urie circle for nostalgias sake & there's a good chance that's my last time ever running it, senior year wow(':

AM- long run with tempos (10 minutes (6 min recovery) & 1 mile). I struggled on these. Low water intake is probably a factor

PM- 20 minutes around the grass loop

I'm gonna start recording the time I went to bed from the night before, maybe some patterns idk (I also plan on recording my eating habits eventually but 1 thing at a time here)

In bed at 10 (asleep by 10:15ish)

AM- arctic circle for 15 plus weights.

PM- 1200s @ Bloomington. We had 15 min warm w/ 5 striders & 4x1200 repeats. The first one was way off pace & there was a considerable gap between me and the girls. The second one started that way too but about halfway through I finally got going. I came down a hill into a surge & just kept going lol. It wasn't even my brain though it was 100% my legs. On the last 3 I really impressed myself. It just goes to show that even being tired, my legs like to run fast. Then the girls were just kinda talking so I went & cooled down by myself mostly for about 10 min.

In bed at 10, fell asleep right away

AM- 20 minutes arctic circle 

PM- 55 minutes into Washington. Legs are real tired and st.g weather is something special

In bed at 11:30, wow that was a bad one

AM- weights & 15 min run. I increased my squat to 145 pounds, I think this is my new claim to fame

PM- 50 minutes + 4x200s. Everyone else only went 40 so it was just me and Roberts for the majority of the run. We went to green springs. We had a discussion, Roberts has a way of getting things out of you despite trying to keep them in
