I haven't been to jogging class in a while. Coach was 10 minutes late to class. Honestly, that class is such a joke. Today he said we were going to do 1 min slow jog 2 minutes all out for 15 total minutes. But when we started he got a phone call so we slow jogged for like 5 minutes while he talked. Then we did super irregular intervals for about 20 minutes. Then me, kam & savanna went & did core with this girl named Rachel. Now I'm about to head to the gym to do upper body. I'm very very excited for this semester to end so I can go home & see my family again
