50 minutes. The wind was miserable. At one point it was completely sunny but just pelting us with rain & dirt, I don't even know where the rain was coming from there was no clouds. I should've gone farther, I don't know why I didn't. I felt fine & we weren't even going that fast. Learning experience I guess. I need to stick these (especially the long) runs out better. It's just kinda whatever these days.

AM- weights + 15 minutes. Squats & bench, getting buff

PM- 45 minute run @ Dino cliffs. I wore a tank top while everyone else was wearing jackets lol whoops. Was quite cold. But a very very good run!! I felt extremely good, my legs were tired but VERY GOOD RUN

15 min warm, then 3(60 sec) @ 7 min pace, 3(60 sec) @ 6:40 pace, 5(60 sec) @ 6:20 pace, 3(60) @ 6:40 & 3(60) @ 7. This workout isn't too bad, especially now that I'm starting to get back in shape, but it definitely pushes me mentally. Which is good, I need a good push every once in a while. After the boys basketball game & we lost but it was so close):

PM- 35 minutes + 5 minutes of striders/hurdling. My legs were SO beat today, also I found out I'm not flexible enough for practically everything, so we have to work on that, folks. But Brianna sent me a 5 min video of hurdle drills with some jazzy music so we're gonna get things on the road

20 min warm then tempo!!!! Going into it I felt fine but the first 10-15 minutes were rough. I wanted to drop out at 15, but I kept telling myself "you have to at least make it to 20 cause good grief alli" then when we got to 20 I was feeling A LOT better & decided to push it to 25, then at 25 I was still talking with the team & I was like alright alright alright if you can talk you have to keep running. So I ended with the team at 28 minutes. Overall it was a good good tempo that was a good confidence builder/mental battle. 9/10 would recommend
