Today we had 6x300s at 800 pace. Really not too bad of a workout. I ran with Brianna and Ellie mostly. Hit anywhere from 53-57 mostly. My 5th one I picked up it to a 53 because I need to work on hitting a faster pace when I'm all tired but it still isn't the end. Warmed and cooled down about 20 minutes.
My current predicament that I'm in is that my coach is taking the top 24 overall (boys and girls and field and running through a point system it's kind of complicated) people on the team to Orem this weekend. I missed it by 1 point & 1 spot but someone isn't going so coach offered me the spot. I just don't know if I would rather run at snow canyon or Orem and what the benefits of it would be because my season has been so utterly crappy. I know no one reads my blog anymore cuz I never blog but if anyone happens to get on it feel free to put in advice!
