AM- 20 minutes easy. Mostly ran with jos, I enjoy our chats, gonna miss that when we graduate.
PM- Dixie invite. Kicked off the day with some long jumping, I seriously love jumping so much. I could do it for days you guys. I did not pr so that's sad but I have next Tuesday so it's alright. Then the 400 was fine. My upper legs were 100% tight afterwards, like sooo tight. I don't actually know my time but that's what my mom said so I'll put that. Then I had to go home to do some señor ball stuff for tomorrow. It should be a blast and a half
