15 minutes warm up. Then 10 repeats of 150 meters. There was lightning so we had to do them inside the school. It was so hot. I felt really good on them though and pushed myself really hard. Sprinting workouts are my kinda thing. Also we named all the words that end with the -ate sound. There's a lot. Also I got all my grades up so basically I don't have to go to school anymore

My distance team has this game where we'll just be talking and if we accidentally rhyme then for the next hour we rhyme that suffix. Even if it means 5 minutes of silence while thinking of a new word
