AM- easy run and some scary stories again. Now we all wanna see this scary movie Caroline told us about I think it's called 6th sense..? Jake and nick were complete dingus' and made me late to coachs class so nobody should talk to them 

PM- 75 min long run with 2(1, 2 min) pickups and striders and weights. Ran up around fire station loop then into green springs, stopped at my house for a water break, and looped back around green springs dr. It felt wonderful on the weather side of things! Fun run and I felt great! Also I found out we're going to Murray instead of herriman, I think I'm excited about that.
